The Church started in July 2004 as an offshoot of Liberty Christian Church in Logan City. For the first 6months we met at Liberty. Our pastor is Ps Donna Greenslade and on the first of January 2005 we moved into our first premises at 40 Railway Parade Logan Central.
The church is made up of both Deaf and hearing Christians . The services are conducted in both Auslan and English. In July 2006 we birthed our first baby church at the Gold Coast. This was Shiloh Deaf Church which was pastored by Pastor Jan Orr.
In August 2006 we moved into a bigger building which is a double shop front at 30 Railway Parade Logan Central. In 2012 we moved to the premises in Queens Road Slacks Creek. In September 2013 the building was burnt down and rebuilt so we moved back in January 2014. In 2015 we started the Sunshine Coast Deaf Church which meets in Maroochydore once a month. In 2016 we moved to our current location the Girl Guides hut in Tamarind Street Marsden. In 2021 we moved to Signs Church where we are currently meeting.
